Our service policy outlines what you can expect when partnering with us, from the moment you book your cleaning to how we address your feedback. Staff will treat your space with respect and maintain professionalism at all times.
Service Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no extra charge.
Scheduling & Access
Services are available by appointment only. You may book online, via phone or email. Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are locked out, a lockout fee may apply.
Arrival Window
Our cleaning teams will arrive within a 1-hour window of the scheduled time due to traffic or job length variability.
Supplies & Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer, we use your products, please notify us in advance and ensure they are safe and in working order.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee after 7 days.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your appointment:
◉ More than 48 hours before your appointment: No fee
◉ 24 to 48 hours before: $25 rescheduling fee
◉ Less than 24 hours before: $50 rescheduling fee
◉ Same day reschedule: 50% of your booking total or $100, whichever is higher
Pets
Please secure pets during service to ensure their safety and our team’s. We are not responsible for pet-related accidents while cleaning.
Respecting Your Home
We treat your space with care. In the rare case of accidental damage, we are insured and will assess and handle claims fairly and promptly.
Protecting Your Privacy
We securely store your personal information and only use it to manage your services. We never share your data with third parties.
Health and Safety
We do not clean bodily fluids, pet waste, mold, bed bugs, or hazardous materials. If we feel a space is unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service. We do not clean up inside dishwashers or washing machines, but we are happy to refer you to a service that specializes in that. Our cleaners do not clean areas that require ladders or unsafe reach.
Tipping
Tips are not required but always appreciated. You may tip in person or through our payment system.

We may occasionally update this policy to reflect changes in our services. Any important updates will be posted on our website and sent to you by email if relevant to your service.
